Master Trainer
Renée North is a master trainer for Posture Practice where she certifies health and fitness professionals in StrongPosture® protocols for injury rehabilitation, wellness, sports performance, and anti-aging.
Renée has trained tens of thousands of doctors, therapists, and fitness professionals in evidence-based posture exercise protocols that strengthen postural integrity while improving balance, function, and mobility. Her expertise spans multiple disciplines, helping practitioners integrate posture assessment and corrective exercise into their clinical and training practices.
As an instructor for the Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP®) program, Renée educates doctors (DCs, MDs, DOs), physical and massage therapists, personal and athletic trainers, yoga and Pilates instructors, and other health professionals in specialized posture protocols. Her practical, results-driven approach has made her a sought-after educator in the rehabilitation and wellness communities.
