I highly recommend this course. It was very informative. The Dr. was methodical in his approach with lots of illustrations and evidence based research.
It really works. We’ve seen changes in elderly with balance and breathing, and some big life changing strides. And also with my athletes, their performance is significantly increased.
Easy to implement exercise program.
It’s gratifying to see changes that are demonstrable. Patients get really excited about it, and it’s something they can relate to on a day-to-day basis of, ‘Yes, I am moving better, I’m feeling better, I can see my posture is better.
I love this training. I’ve seen patients go from a place of hopelessness… and find hope, find movement, a real “A-ha” about their core, about everything they need to do to be strong and have Strong Posture. The training is amazing, so well designed. I’ve learned a tremendous amount.
