How it Works
What is the course format?
All courses are video-based content. Each course is a series of short videos. Complete as much (or as little) in each session as you’d like.
Can I watch this on my phone?
Yes, you can watch your CE course on your Apple or Android phone, tablet or computer. You can also work on multiple mobile devices. Use your phone at work and then pick up where you left off from your laptop when you get home.
Do I have to finish in one session?
No, our courses are flexible. You can do as much as you like in each session. Our learning platform will keep up with how much time you’ve earned and your course progress. Next time you login, just pick up where you left off!
Where/when is the course being held?
You decide! This is a video-based course you watch online to earn CE for license renewal. You can watch anytime, from anywhere that you have internet access.
Is the course approved for CE?
Yes! To verify, click Approvals on the main menu. Course approvals are listed by course title, profession and by state.
I have multiple state licenses...
Our courses are approved in 70+ states / provinces / countries. Visit the Approvals page to verify the class you chose is CE approved in each state where you hold a license.
Is these a quiz?
Our courses include interactive multiple-choice quizzes designed to reinforce key concepts in the course material.

Course Completion
When do I get my CE Certificate?
Once you complete your course, the certificate will immediately load to your dashboard under the Achievements tab. If you don’t see your certificate, reach out to support for assistance.
Do you report to CE Broker?
Yes. Each month we report all of the completions that occurred during the prior month to CE Broker for Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
If you need your hours reported more quickly, log in to your CE Broker account and use the Self Report option.
Do you submit CE to my board or association?
For licenses in FL, NC and SC, we report to CE Broker. For all other states, please contact your state or national board for the license renewal reporting requirements.
You’ll find a certificate for each course you’ve completed under the Achievements tab on your dashboard.

Credit Card Payments
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that your charge will appear on your statement as BodyZone or CE Soup, depending on your credit card provider
Refund Policy
Once purchased all course sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If you have difficulty accessing your course, contact us for assistance.
