Law Segment: This course guides Florida chiropractors through the essential legal framework governing your practice, including Chapter 460 of the Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code 64B2. Attorney Carlos H. Arce provides clear interpretations of licensing requirements, scope of practice limitations, and supervision regulations for Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistants (CCPAs) and Registered Chiropractic Assistants. As clinicians, DCs observe and act upon the links between structure and function, along with the interactions of the biomechanical and biochemical/nutritional, as well as behaviors and attitude.  Course attendees learn to enhance competence through applying current anatomical and physiological concepts to analysis and then utilizing appropriate diagnostic technology in clinical decision-making for care.

Special emphasis is placed on therapeutic approaches addressing biomechanics, balance and posture, as well as implementing protocols to track change over time with in-office treatment, self-care and lifestyle advice.
