Posture, Rehab & MCE (2 CE Ethics/Risk) - Instructor: Dr. Steven Weiniger, DC, DIANM

Building on fundamental StrongPosture® principles, this course explores the ethical implementation of posture optimization for adults and older populations. Through the ACE methodology (Awareness, Control, Environment), practitioners learn to ethically promote self-reliance while avoiding symptom pathologization. The course emphasizes evidence-based techniques for fostering posture awareness, developing somatic control, and optimizing individual environments—particularly crucial in our technology-driven society. Special attention is given to motor control exercise (MCE), ergonomic adaptation, and infection control protocols, all within an ethical framework that champions personal agency and sustainable wellness practices.

Posture is a consumer concern which will inevitably grow as boomers age and their posture degenerates. People are excited with this public health message that increases posture awareness as they experience objective functional improvement in how they move during normal activities with StrongPosture® exercise.

"I really liked how it was broken up into short sections and the site is very easy to navigate and use."  Dr. Amanda Davis, Stockbridge, GA
