The regulatory body responsible for overseeing the practice of Chiropractic in Alaska is tasked with creating and enforcing regulations to ensure the safety and quality of chiropractic care in the state. This body, which is staffed by the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing, has the authority to make final licensing decisions and to take disciplinary actions against those who violate licensing laws.
